Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereafter referred as the "Policy") shall apply to any personal data and other information that Sarapul Systems, LLC (the "Company") located at: 2, Transportnaya St., Sarapul, Udmurt Republic, 427961, TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) 1827021023, can obtain with regards to contracting parties and applicants (“Personal Data Subjects”) during interaction between Personal Data Subjects and the Company.

1.2. When processing personal data, the Company shall be guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006.

1.3. The Company shall be entitled to enter amendments herein. The current version hereof is available on the web page at sprecord.com/privacy, on the permanent basis.


2. Personal and Statistical Data of the Contracting Parties

2.1. Within the framework of this Policy, personal data of the Contracting Parties mean Personal Information that the Contracting Parties provide about themselves independently using any of the Company's websites, tools, programs, products or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Products"), including Contracting Party personal data (i.e., last names, first names, patronymics, passport details, TIN, shipping addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, Skype and ICQ details).

2.2. By providing their personal data the Contracting Parties agree to their processing by the Company.

2.3. The Company shall process Contracting Party’s personal data for the following purposes:

2.3.1. Execution of agreements with the Contracting Parties, including processing of requests and orders thereof.

2.3.2. Registration/authorization of the Contracting Parties for using the Company's Products.

2.3.3. Communication with the Contracting Parties including sending notices, inquiries and information, which are related to promotions, discounts and special offers, through electronic and SMS mailings.

2.4. Hereunder, statistical data of the Contracting Parties mean data that is automatically transferred by the Company's Products when they are used with the software installed on the Contracting Parties' devices, including IP addresses, cookie data, information about the Contracting Parties’ browsers (or in other programs, which are used to access the Products), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the Contracting Parties, the date and time of access to the Products, and other similar information.

2.5. The Company shall process Contracting Party’s statistical data for the following purposes:

2.5.1. Evaluation and analysis of the Company's Products, their upgrade and the development of new Products.

2.5.2. Conducting statistical and other studies.

2.6. The period of processing personal and statistical data shall be determined in accordance with the purposes for which they were collected.

2.7. The Company shall not control and shall not be liable for processing done by third-party websites that the Contracting Parties may visit using the links available on the website of the Company.

2.8. The Company shall not control and shall not be responsible for the information and materials that the Contracting Parties place, store and process with the help of the Products; in particular, the Company shall not be liable to third parties in the events that posting, storage and processing by a Contracting Party of any information and materials or their content violates the rights and legitimate interests of the third parties.


3. Personal Data of Applicants

3.1. Applicant’s personal data mean information required for the Company to make a decision on hiring and/or paying a scholarship, as well as to include an Applicant in the candidate pool.

3.2. Applicant’s personal data shall include: last names, first names, patronymics; passport and biographical details; nationality; place of registration and actual residence; mobile and home phone numbers, e-mail addresses; marital status and family composition; place of study or work, past work activity, work experience; information on education, qualifications, vocational training, professional development, name of the educational institution; information on military registration; information on foreign languages; information on computer skills and other data specified in the profile.

3.3. By providing their personal data Applicants agree to their processing by the Company.

3.4. Personal data shall be provided by an Applicant personally.

3.5. The Operator shall store Applicant’s personal data during the period when processing of Applicant profiles is relevant, but not more than the time specified in the regulatory documents.

3.6. Applicant’s personal data included in the candidate pool shall be stored and processed no more than 7 years from the date of obtaining consents thereof.


4. Terms of Processing Personal Data

4.1. The Company shall take all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data of the Subject thereof from misuse or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties therewith.

4.2. With respect to personal data of the Personal Data Subjects, their confidentiality shall be preserved except to the extent of voluntary provision by the Personal Data Subjects of information about themselves for shared access to the public.

4.3. The Company shall not disclose to the third parties or distribute personal data without consent of the Personal Data Subject (unless otherwise stipulated by the federal law of the Russian Federation).

4.4. The Company shall process personal data both using automation tools and without using thereof.

4.5. The Company shall not process biometric personal data.

4.6. The Company shall assign persons responsible for processing and ensuring personal data safety.

4.7. The Personal Data Subjects shall be entitled to receive their personal data from the Company and correct their personal data.

4.8. If the Personal Data Subjects wish to correct, block or destroy their personal data, where such personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, or, alternatively, when the Personal Data Subjects wish to withdraw their consent to processing personal data or eliminate illegal actions by the Company with respect to their personal data, they shall send the relevant request at info@sprecord.ru.
