Download and install the CallBOX application from the Google Play store on your Android phone. Before installation, the program will ask for some permissions, you must confirm them and click the "Next" button. To install the program it is necessary to free a minimum of 100 MB in the phone's memory.
Open the settings of the CallBOX app, choose "SpRecord".
Enter the client token sent to your email or your email used at sign-up, and turn on the automatic sync.
Make a few calls and make sure that the recording is correclty performed and sent to the cloud.
Download and install the ACR app from the Google Play store on your Android phone. Before installation the program will ask for some permissions, please confirm and click "Next". To install the program you need to free up at least 20 MB in the phone memory.
To connect ACR to the SpRecord cloud, please click Settings > Cloud services > SpRecord. Then turn on the sync.
Now click on the "Email" form, enter the email address of the administrator of the SpRecord account and click "OK".
Make a few calls to make sure that the calls are recorded and the recordings are sent to the SpRecord cloud service.
It is possible that even though after you perform points 2-4 above, call recording will still not be performed by the App. In this case try to check the Audio source of the recording. To do this, open Settings > Recording > Audio source, and then find the right source. At the bottom of the picture below you can find an example with "VOICE_COMMUNICATION" selected; your phone may work well with another audio source.
